You can rent ‘It Bags’ offline for reasonable prices, you just have to pay for the rent each week and then you return the bag and rent another or rent multiple bags… however you choose how you wish to rent them ;), heres some sites which allow you to:

Prada will never be cheap by most standards. You are paying for the quality, after all.
Eluxury.com and net-a-porter.com always have fabulous sales on the current season. Unless you’re buying from a previous season (for which you will have to look elsewhere), you won’t find anything for more than about 40% off. For vintage pieces, try Ebay.com

To be completely honest with you, unless you find a great deal on a used or vintage Prada bag you won’t find them cheap UNLESS they are fake. If you are looking for a fake try ebay pr ioffer. Google also has a shopping search engine.

Please be wary when you purchase designer handbags online (esp. from eBay and auction sites), as many of them are fakes! Always get the handbag authenticated before you purchase it.
That being said, a reputable online seller that has Prada handbags is: raffaello-network.com. This doesn’t mean that they are cheap, though you may find some on sale.

Like ohsnapitsdtree said, real Prada will never be cheap. But you can get your own genuine knock-off in any major city. Just look for the men with the big black trash bags running from the cops. Seriously.
